HF | NFC Embedded Module
The IQBOX HF | NFC Embedded M890 module is a reader that, thanks to its compact size and single-sided component layout, is ideal for integration into a wide range of applications and devices.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art microcontroller and the latest HF transceiver technology, the M890 series can read and write almost all 13.56 MHz transponders. Five different configurations are available supporting major RFID standards, including ISO 14443A/B (T=CL), ISO 14443-4, ISO 15693, ISO 18092 / ECMA-340 (NFC), and ISO 18000-3.
The HF | NFC Embedded M890 module features an external antenna port. IQBOX Professional RFID offers a wide selection of antennas suitable for various applications. The module can achieve reading distances up to 10 cm, depending on the type of transponder.
IQBOX M890 is available with TTL, USB VCP, USB HID, RS232/485, and PC/SC interfaces. In low-power mode, the module consumes less than 1 mA.
SOLTRONIC hardware comes with a complete SDK for developing applications based on controllers, Linux, or Windows. In addition to documentation, command protocols, and source code, the SDK also includes a Windows demo application with full functionality for all supported HF RFID standards.
