NFC Canbus Reader IGNITE-SMART
IGNITE-SMART Reader is a battery-powered smart RFID reader, designed to also function as an electronic lock for E-Mobility vehicles such as electric scooters, electric cars, or e-bikes.
The reader integrates HF and NFC technologies, supporting DESFire and NFC tags and transponders. During production, DESFire tags can be programmed to become customized RFID keys.
In standard mode, the reader automatically detects a valid RFID key, activates the ECU (Electronic Control Unit), and sends the key’s unique identifier. This identifier is password-protected and encrypted within the DESFire file system. Communication is handled via a CANbus interface (SAE J1939 or CANopen).
IGNITE-SMART Reader has been developed for demanding outdoor environments, featuring IP64 protection. It withstands extreme temperature fluctuations, operating reliably from -10 °C to +50 °C.
The device is certified according to RoHS 2 and REACH regulations.
It comes with a Software Development Kit (SDK) for Windows systems, supporting programming in binary command protocol and C++ libraries for VS2005.
The SDK simplifies integration into existing systems.
