Scope<\/h2>\n  <p>This policy applies to:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Hardware products and devices with digital elements (firmware, electronic boards, IoT) developed or distributed by Soltronic.<\/li>\n    <li>Software applications, web portals, and APIs owned or managed by Soltronic (including the domain <code>soltronic.it<\/code>).<\/li>\n    <li>Cloud services and connected infrastructures linked to Soltronic products.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>3. What to Include in Your Report<\/h2>\n  <p>To help us verify and process your report efficiently, please include as much detail as possible:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Issue Description:<\/strong> Type of vulnerability or security flaw identified.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Affected Products\/Services:<\/strong> Model, firmware\/software version, product code, or URL involved.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Reproduction Steps (Proof of Concept):<\/strong> Detailed step-by-step instructions to safely reproduce the issue.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Estimated Impact:<\/strong> Your assessment of potential risks to systems or data confidentiality.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>4. Our Commitment &#038; Response Timeline<\/h2>\n  <p>We handle all received reports with high priority according to the following guidelines:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Acknowledgement:<\/strong> Receipt of your report will be acknowledged within <strong>24\u201348 business hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Initial Assessment:<\/strong> Preliminary evaluation and request for additional details (if needed) within <strong>5 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Regular Updates:<\/strong> We will keep you informed about the progress of remediation and resolution activities.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Resolution &#038; Patching:<\/strong> We strive to release security updates or fixes as quickly as possible based on severity and risk level.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>5. Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Principles<\/h2>\n  <p>We kindly ask all reporters to adhere to the following ethical guidelines (*Responsible Disclosure*):<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Confidentiality:<\/strong> Keep vulnerability details confidential and refrain from public disclosure until Soltronic has developed and deployed an official fix or patch.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>No Damage or Abuse:<\/strong> Do not exploit vulnerabilities to access, modify, or delete user data, disrupt services, or damage physical equipment.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Safe Testing:<\/strong> Perform tests only on devices you own or have explicit authorization to test. Avoid Denial of Service (DoS\/DDoS) attacks or Social Engineering\/Phishing techniques.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Good Faith:<\/strong> Always act in good faith and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>6.
